We endeavor hard to dispatch your item as soon as possible. However, some items are handmade to order by local artisans after receiving orders. Estimated dispatch time is stated in each product page.

Packaging

Each delivery box is properly packaged with great care by our staff. We know international delivery may be exposed to physical shocks. Don’t worry. We carefully package your items with plenty of cushioning. Should you find your items damaged or defective at the time of receiving your order, we will happily refund for those items.
