To heat Sake, this sake vessel, Sunny Red Kanbin allows you to place the vessel directly on the burner of the stove.
Warm using a low to simmering flame. Once the temperature of the Sake is 45 to 50℃ , stroke the Sake once to confirm the temperature is the same throughout the vessel. Then pour the Sake into the ochoko or guinomi.
The process leading up to the drinking of Sake is interesting, and it is this process which makes the Sake exceptional.
